WOOLARD. 820 ILCS 405/612 from Ch. 48, par. 442 Amends provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Act regarding the eligibility of employees of institutions of higher education between academic years and during vacation periods. Deletes language providing that employees other than those in instructional, research, and principal administrative positions are ineligible for benefits during those periods. Makes various changes in provisions pertaining to the ineligibility of individuals in instructional, research, and principal administrative positions. FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Employment Security) It is unlikely that there would be any significant increase in unfunded administrative cost to this Dept.
