STROGER-MCGUIRE. 60 ILCS 1/182-5 new Amends the Township Code. Allows a township, individually, through an intergovernmental agreement, or by contract with a private corporation, to provide primary health care to its citizens. Requires a referendum to allow the township to tax for purposes of providing primary health care.
