COWLISHAW.

   730 ILCS 150/2            from Ch. 38, par. 222                             

        Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act.  Provides that a felony      
   violation of forcible detention or child abduction when the victim  of      
   either of these offenses is under 18 years of age and the defendant is      
   not  a parent of the victim is a sex offense under the Act.  Effective      
   immediately.
