Provides that the Director of the Department may petition a court for an order to enforce the Act. Makes technical changes. Reorganizes certain provisions within the Act. Deletes obsolete language. Effective July 1, 1997. FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Professional Reg.) HB 860 will have no measurable fiscal impact. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE HB860 fails to create a State mandate.
