MCAULIFFE.

   40 ILCS 5/6-210.1         from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 6-210.1                    
   40 ILCS 5/6-210.2 new                                                       

        Amends the Chicago  Firefighter  Article  of  the  Pension  Code.      
   Requires the Chicago Municipal pension fund to transfer to the Chicago      
   Firefighter  pension  fund  certain  city  contributions  relating  to      
   paramedics.  Effective immediately.                                         
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          No cost to the Fund; HB1032 will benefit the Fireman's Fund and      
          cost the Chicago Municipal Fund at least $5 million.
