   430 ILCS 65/3a            from Ch. 38, par. 83-3a                           

        Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act.  Provides that      
   a nonresident with a valid nonresident hunting license may purchase or      
   obtain  a  rifle,  shotgun,  or  ammunition  in  Illinois.   Effective      
   immediately.
