(KARPIEL) 225 ILCS 115/4 from Ch. 111, par. 7004 225 ILCS 115/8 from Ch. 111, par. 7008 Amends the Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 1994 to allow graduates of non-approved veterinary schools to pass an examination specified by the Department of Professional Regulation, as an alternative to having one year of evaluated clinical experience as an employee of a licensed veterinarian, to qualify for a license under the Act. Allows the Department to further define a license exemption for persons consulting with, and under the supervision, direction, and control of a licensed veterinarian.
