Changes the title to the Sexual Exploitation in Psychotherapy, Professional Health Services, and Professional Mental Health Services Act. Provides for a cause of action for sexual exploitation of a patient or former patient by an unlicensed health professional or unlicensed mental health professional. Authorizes the Attorney General to bring an action for injunctive relief against a psychotherapist, unlicensed health professional, or unlicensed mental health professional. Makes violation of court order a Class 4 felony punishable by a fine not to exceed $25,000; also provides for a civil penalty of $10,000 for contempt. Effective immediately.
