Provides that an adopted child who is adopted after attaining age 18 and who never resides with the adopting parent before attaining that age is a child but not a descendant of the adopting parent for the purpose of inheriting from the adopting parent's kindred. Provides that an adopted child is not a child or descendant of a natural parent or a natural parent's kindred for purposes of inheritance, unless certain conditions are met. Amends the Instruments Regarding Adopted Children Act.
