BROSNAHAN-CROTTY-SCULLY. 415 ILCS 5/9.4 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1009.4 Amends the Environmental Protection Act to require the Environmental Protection Agency to monitor municipal waste incineration facilities that have a capacity to process at least 500,000 tons of waste per year and are located in a county with a population over 5,000,000, and requires the owner or operator to reimburse the Agency for monitoring costs. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Environmental Protection Agency) No fiscal impact on IEPA.
