Provides that a prisoner serving sentence for aggravated battery, aggravated stalking, or aggravated criminal sexual abuse committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit for each month of his or her sentence of imprisonment. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
