ZICKUS. 30 ILCS 105/5.449 new 625 ILCS 5/3-639 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code and the State Finance Act. Authorizes special license plates designated as Education license plates. Provides for increased fees for these plates to be distributed, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly, to the State Board of Education.
