FISCAL NOTE (Board of Higher Education)
Estimated first year cost for 100 students is $131,700, and for

          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE
In the opinion of DCCA, HB1525 fails to create a State mandate
          under the State Mandates Act.
          STATE DEBT IMPACT NOTE
HB 1525 would not have an impact on the level of State debt.
