ROSKAM. 720 ILCS 5/24-1 from Ch. 38, par. 24-1 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person violates the provisions for enhanced penalties for carrying a firearm on specified properties even if the person carries or possesses a firearm that is unloaded and enclosed in a case unless he or she has the written permission of the chief of security, principal, or administrator of the building.
