   MCKEON, FEIGENHOLTZ AND CURRY,JULIE.

   220 ILCS 5/16-111                                                           

        Amends  the  Public  Utilities  Act.   Provides  that  under  the      
   Electric  Service  Customer  Choice  and  Rate  Relief  Law  of   1997      
   residential retail rates shall be reduced effective February 1, rather      
   than August 1, 1998.  Effective immediately.
