   625 ILCS 45/3-1           from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 313-1                       

        Amends  the  Boat  Registration  and   Safety   Act   to   exempt      
   non-powered,  inflatable  recreational boats from the requirement that      
   watercraft  be  numbered  by  the  Department  of  Natural  Resources.      
   Effective immediately.
