Provides that the City shall pay the required employee contributions for periods during which a policeman receives an occupational disease disability benefit. Inserts references to occupational disease disability benefits in certain Sections relating to proof of eligibility and the duty disability reserve. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
