   430 ILCS 100/18           from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7718                       

        Amends the Illinois Emergency Planning  and  Community  Right  to      
   Know  Act.    Provides  that  the Emergency Planning and Training Fund      
   shall be used for payment to local emergency and disaster agencies  of      
   moneys  deposited into the Fund pursuant to court orders or litigation      
   settlements stipulating those payments.
