WINKEL. 625 ILCS 5/6-206 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-206 625 ILCS 5/11-407.5 new Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to prohibit a driver who is involved in a type of accident in which a driver has a duty to report the accident from consuming any alcoholic liquor, cannabis, or controlled substance following the accident. Provides for exemptions.
