MCGUIRE. 815 ILCS 505/2II new Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that, with specified exceptions, an Internet service provider shall give a customer in this State a credit or refund if the Internet service provider's service to the customer is interrupted for a continuous period of more than 4 hours.
