Provides that proceeds from the sale of the vehicle be deposited into the Common School Fund. FISCAL NOTE (Office of Ill. Courts) This bill will have no fiscal impact on the Judiciary. Provides that a defendant convicted of driving a motor vehicle while his or her license was suspended or revoked when the suspension or revocation was for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury or death, reckless homicide, or statutory summary suspension shall serve a minimum term of 30 consecutive days of imprisonment (now 7 days) or 60 days community service (now 30 days).
