CHURCHILL-JOHNSON,TOM. 105 ILCS 230/5-50 Amends the School Construction Law. Provides that a school district that has passed a referendum after November 1, 1997 for the issuance of bonds for school construction but that has not yet issued the bonds remains eligible to receive a grant entitlement from the State Board of Education for a school construction project grant without resubmitting the project or its financing to referendum.
