        Amends the Public Utilities Act to abolish  provisions  requiring      
   electric  utilities  to  purchase electricity generated by solid waste      
   energy facilities.    Amends  the  Public  Utilities  Revenue  Act  to      
   eliminate tax credits related to the purchase of electricity generated      
   by solid waste energy facilities.  Effective immediately.
