(PANKAU-GASH) 625 ILCS 5/11-1420 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1420 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to provide that funeral processions have the right-of-way when the vehicles have both their headlights lighted and their hazard warning signal flashers flashing (instead of having only their headlights lighted). SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
