        Amends the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead  Exemption      
   in  the  Property  Tax  Code.   Provides  that  the  household  income      
   limitation   for  the  senior  citizens  assessment  freeze  homestead      
   exemption  shall  be  subject  to  annual  adjustments  equal  to  the      
   percentage of increase  or  decrease  in  the  previous  year  in  the      
   Consumer  Price  Index for All Urban Consumers for all items published      
   by the United States Department of Labor.  Exempt  from  reimbursement      
   under the State Mandates Act.  Effective immediately.
