SYVERSON-TROTTER-SMITH-BURZYNSKI.

(SCOTT-WINTERS-WAIT)

        Amends "AN ACT in relation to  certain  land",  P.A.  89-642,  by      
   deleting  the provision stating that if the property formerly known as      
   the Rockford Armory ceases  to  be  used  for  public  or  educational      
   purposes  within  the 20-year period, title shall revert to the State.      
   Effective immediately.

          SB279 fails to create a State mandate.                               
          FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)                                                   
          SB 279 imposes no additional requirements and does not have a        
          fiscal impact on units of local gov't.
