DEMUZIO. 60 ILCS 1/105-30 Amends the Township Code. Provides that if any township purchased real estate that was formerly railroad property to obtain gravel and stone to benefit the township and the gravel and stone has been removed, then before December 31, 1998 the township board may accept without regard to the appraised value any purchase proposal determined by it to be in the best interest of the township by a unanimous vote of the board.
