BERMAN. 105 ILCS 5/18-8.05 Amends the School Code. Provides that a supplementary payment that a school district is entitled to receive for any school year under the hold-harmless provisions of the State aid formula shall be equal to the amount of the supplementary payment as calculated under the formula applicable beginning on July 1, 1998 plus the result obtained by multiplying that amount by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index during the 12-month calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year for which the supplementary payment is to be made.
