TROTTER-OBAMA-SMITH-DEL VALLE-JONES, HENDON, 
   WALSH,L AND COLLINS.

(MCKEON-HOWARD-LANG-FEIGENHOLTZ-ACEVEDO)

   20 ILCS 2310/55.90 new                                                      

        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.   Requires  the      
   Department  of  Public  Health  to  conduct  a  program  of  promoting      
   awareness and early detection of prostate and testicular cancer.            
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Provides that the  program shall be conducted subject to               
   appropriation or other available funding.                                   
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE                                                    
          This bill has no fiscal or prison population impact.                 
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          No fiscal impact for any public pension fund or retirement           
          system.                                                              
          STATE DEBT IMPACT NOTE                                               
          No direct impact on the level of State indebtedness.
