   730 ILCS 150/13 new                                                         

        Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act.  Provides  that  it  is      
   unlawful  for  a sex offender to reside within 1,000 feet of a school,      
   child care facility, or day care  center.   Effective  60  days  after      
   becoming law.
