CARROLL. 225 ILCS 446/30 720 ILCS 5/24-2 from Ch. 38, par. 24-2 Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 1993. Exempts from the Act a person employed as either an armed or unarmed security guard at a nuclear energy, storage, weapons or development site or facility regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission who has completed the background and training mandated by the rules and regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.
