PEN CD-IMRF-CORRECTIONS SLEP                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal (IMRF) Article of the Pension  Code      
   to  make noncommissioned county correctional officers eligible for the      
   sheriff's law enforcement employee formula.  Amends the State Mandates      
   Act  to  require  implementation  without  reimbursement.    Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined because of the unknown            
          number of noncommissioned county correctional officers.
