Provides that persons age 65 or older have up to 30 days under certain circumstances to cancel contracts for the sale of merchandise made by telephone or with a seller who is physically present at the consumer's residence at the time of sale. Currently all consumers may cancel this type of contract within 3 business days. Effective immediately.
