Amends the Vehicle Code to add, change, move, renumber, and remove certain definitions. Replaces certain references to "driver's license examination station" with "driver services facility". Changes certain provisions of the Vehicle Code, Park District Code, and Litter Control Act to reflect the changes made to the definition provisions in the Vehicle Code. Makes other changes. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
