VEH CD-SEAT BELT FOR PASSENGER                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code  to  provide  that  a  passenger      
   (instead  of  front  seat  passenger)  of a motor vehicle shall wear a      
   properly adjusted and fastened seat safety belt.                            
          FISCAL NOTE (DOT)                                                    
          Printing and distribution costs of copies of the law or changes      
          in the law would be less than $10,000.
