Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to provide that beginning
   January 1, 1998 and until January 1, 1999, $9 (instead of $8) of each

          FISCAL NOTE (Treasurer's Office)

          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Transportation)
Over a 5-year period, revenues to the Road Fund would decrease
by roughly $1.7 million, necessitating a reduction in the road
          program of approximately $2 million.
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)
HB 380 fails to meet the definition of a State mandate.
