VEH CD-SOS CERTIFY RECORD-TECH                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to make a technical change to  a      
   provision  concerning  the  Secretary  of  State  certifying copies of      
   records.                                                                    
          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Transportation)                                    
          HB483 makes a technical change and will have no fiscal impact.       
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          Fails to create a State mandate.                                     
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          625 ILCS 5/2-108                                                     
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          735 ILCS 5/7-103                                                     
        Deletes everything. Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes          
   technical changes to quick-take provisions.
