UTIL TAX-EXEMPT SCHOOLS                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Gas Revenue Tax Act, the Public Utilities Revenue Act,      
   the Telecommunications Excise Tax Act, and the Public Utilities Act to      
   exempt school districts subject to the School Code from liability  for      
   the taxes imposed under those Acts.
