VEH CD-TINTED WINDOWS-POLICE                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.   Requires a person who  has  a      
   medical  condition  requiring exemption from the ban on tinted windows      
   to submit a copy of the physician's certification to the Secretary  of      
   State.   Requires the Secretary of State to forward to law enforcement      
   agencies notice of the physician's certification.
