INS CLAIM PROCEDURE PAMPHLET                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.  Requires the  Department  of      
   Insurance to publish a pamphlet providing a general explanation of the      
   procedures   for   resolving  automobile  insurance  claims.  Requires      
   insurance companies and adjusters  to  include  the  pamphlet  in  any      
   correspondence with an insured regarding a claim.
