FUN DIR-EMBALMER-CONT ED-EXEMP                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Funeral Directors  and  Embalmers  Licensing  Code  to      
   exempt  licensees  who  have  practiced  funeral  directing or funeral      
   directing and embalming for 40  or  more  years  from  the  continuing      
   education requirements of the Act.
