Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Vital Records Act to require a  medical  certification      
   of  death  to  include dementia-related diseases, Parkinson's disease,      
   and Parkinson-Dementia Complex.                                             
          FISCAL NOTE (Secretary of State)                                     
          No fiscal impact on Sec. of State.                                   
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB1128 fails to create a State mandate       
          under the State Mandates Act.
