Includes performing an act intended to inform another person that law enforcement authorities are near, in, or approaching a place or area in the offense of obstructing justice. Penalty is a Class A misdemeanor for a first offense and a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense. Makes other changes in definition of the offense.
