Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Downstate  Police  Article  of  the  Pension   Code.      
   Increases  the  minimum  survivor and disability pensions from $400 to      
   $800  per  month.  Amends  the   State   Mandates   Act   to   require      
   implementation without reimbursement.  Effective immediately.
