Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Illinois  Public  Labor  Relations  Act.    Includes      
   telecommunicators  in  an  emergency  or  non-emergency  Public Safety      
   Answering Point within  the  provisions  for  mandated  mediation  and      
   strike prohibition.  Effective immediately.
