PEN CD-SERS-ARSON INVESTIGATOR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Employee Article of the Pension Code to  provide      
   the   alternative  (State  Police)  formula  for  arson  investigators      
   employed  by  the  Office  of  the  State  Fire  Marshal.    Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Increase in SERS accrued liability would be at least $330,000.
