Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)  Article  of      
   the Pension Code to allow a sheriff's law enforcement employee with at      
   least  25  years  of  service  to retire at any age.  Amends the State      
   Mandates  Act  to  require   implementation   without   reimbursement.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact has not been determined, but is exected to be          
          substantial.
