Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Counties Code  by  making  technical  changes  to  the      
   Section concerning special flood hazard areas.                              
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB 1901 fails to create a State mandate      
          under the State Mandates Act.                                        
          HOME RULE NOTE                                                       
          HB 1901 does not preempt home rule authority.                        
          FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)                                                   
          HB1901 does not have a fiscal impact on local gov'ts.
