PEN CD-DNST TEACHERS-TECHNICAL                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Downstate  Teacher  Article  of  the  Pension  Code.      
   Removes obsolete provisions relating to the transfer of credit to  the      
   General Assembly Retirement System.  Effective immediately.                 
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          There is no fiscal impact as a result of HB2049.
