$DCCA-SURTY BND GUARANTY                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $3,000,000 from the  General  Revenue  Fund  to  the      
   Small  Business  Surety Bond Guaranty Fund for the use of DCCA for the      
   implementation and administration of the Small  Business  Surety  Bond      
   Guaranty Act.  Effective July 1, 1997.
